For nearly thirty years, Bob Horowitz has been a commercial attorney who has litigated a broad range of complex matters including lender liability and recent bad faith cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute.  Early in his career, he received what was at the time the second largest jury verdict in Colorado history against a hospital, and in 2014 served as an instructor at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).  Bob also works on a variety of transactional matters, including recently closing 8-figure transactions on behalf of one of Colorado’s largest institutions for which he has served in a general counsel capacity for over 20 years.  He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, teaching Secured Transactions in 2015, and is a Colorado Super Lawyer (limited to the top 5% of Colorado attorneys).

Recent Firm Successes

Robert Horowitz has closed $45 million in transactions since 2014 on behalf of one of Colorado’s largest institutions.  He also litigated and obtained a multi-million dollar settlement case in favor of a client against the City of Great Falls, Montana.
